This 12-week leadership journey is design to shape a new leadership mindset, covering self awareness, how to develop others, build teams, deliver effective feedback and empower with trust and clarity. Available for in-house teams only, this journey will strengthen your team's confidence and accelerate their leadership capabilities.

Roadmap
00: Commence
Leaders will be invited to reflect on recent feedback and set their intentions for Emerge. We’ll kick things off with a Welcome Session so set them up for success, set the right conditions for learning success and answer any questions they might have.
01: Establish
- Define what makes an exceptional leader and how to adapt their style to different situations
- Develop their emotional intelligence to help them choose and regulate behaviours that have positive impact
- Explore their leadership style and how to adapt to different situations
02: Motivate
- Unlock development opportunities that sit outside of promotions and pay rises
- Help their team explore development opportunities that motivate and excite them
03: Enable
- Explore the drivers of high-performance and how to foster psychological safety
- Facilitate team meetings more effectively (like a coach-facilitator would!)
04: Refine
- Understand the importance of giving feedback and overcome their own resistance to giving feedback
- Feel confident to engage in difficult and challenging conversations around performance and behaviours
05: Guide
- Build trust with their team and set the foundations for effective delegation
- Empower others with clear and effectively delegation that drives accountability
06: Elevate!
- Reflect on how their behaviours, skills and confidence has developed over the programme
- Set their intentions for the next 6 months of self development
