A 12-week, coach-led leadership programme
for emerging leaders.

Designed for first-time leaders, Emerge is where your future leaders are born. This 12-week leadership journey is design to shape a new leadership mindset, covering self awareness, how to develop others, build teams, deliver effective feedback and empower with trust and clarity. Available for in-house teams only, this journey will strengthen your team's confidence and accelerate their leadership capabilities.

Roadmap

00: Commence

Leaders will be invited to reflect on recent feedback and set their intentions for Emerge. We’ll kick things off with a Welcome Session so set them up for success, set the right conditions for learning success and answer any questions they might have. 

01: Establish

The one where they’ll set the foundations for exceptional leadership:
  • Define what makes an exceptional leader and how to adapt their style to different situations
  • Develop their emotional intelligence to help them choose and regulate behaviours that have positive impact
  • Explore their leadership style and how to adapt to different situations

02: Motivate

The one where they’ll motivate and develop their team
  • Unlock development opportunities that sit outside of promotions and pay rises
  • Help their team explore development opportunities that motivate and excite them

03: Enable

The one where they’ll adopt the principles of team high-performance
  • Explore the drivers of high-performance and how to foster psychological safety
  • Facilitate team meetings more effectively (like a coach-facilitator would!)

04: Refine

The one where they’ll develop the confidence to tackle tough conversations:
  • Understand the importance of giving feedback and overcome their own resistance to giving feedback
  • Feel confident to engage in difficult and challenging conversations around performance and behaviours

05: Guide

The one where they’ll develop their ability to empower others
  • Build trust with their team and set the foundations for effective delegation
  • Empower others with clear and effectively delegation that drives accountability

06: Elevate!

The one where they’ll celebrate their achievements and plan ahead to the future:
  • Reflect on how their behaviours, skills and confidence has developed over the programme
  • Set their intentions for the next 6 months of self development

FAQs

How much does Emerge cost per person?

Emerge is an investment of £999 + VAT per person with a minimum cohort size of 8 people. This includes 6 x 2hr live sessions over 12 weeks, 15 hours of additional learning, Hardcopy playbook and project management.

Can I have this programme delivered exclusively for our company?

Absolutely. It's perfect for 8-12 leaders per cohort and we've run multiple cohorts for companies at a time up to 6 concurrently. We'll work with you to design and embed the programme so it lands with a bang.

Can we customise the programme to suit our company context?

Most definitely. We can customise everything from the pre and post comms, the Playbook, frameworks, whole modules and even the brand. If you want something totally bespoke, have a nosey at how we can help on our Bespoke Page

Do participants need to have direct reports to join the programme?

We have two versions of Emerge: one for people managers and another for HiPos that are on the cusp of people-leadership. However, we strongly recommend not mixing cohorts, especially if there are reporting lines.

How do you achieve and maintain learner engagement?

Great question. We spend a lot of time up front making sure we fully understand your business and help to shape the experience to your values and organisational culture. As well as taking care of everything from onboarding and comms, we also have regular check-ins and instant messaging with your programme Sponsor so we can resolve any sticking points immediately.

What ROI can I expect?

We have an NPS of 67 for Emerge. Our average programme impact score is 8.92/10 and 94% report greater confidence as a result of the programme. Once we understand your goals (promotions, engagement, retention or team performance), we can align the measures of success to demonstrate value and ROI for your stakeholders.
