This 12-week leadership journey is design to shape a new leadership mindset, covering self awareness, how to develop others, build teams, deliver effective feedback and empower with trust and clarity. Available for in-house teams only, this journey will strengthen your people's confidence and accelerate their leadership capabilities.

We invite you to reflect on recent feedback you’ve received and set your intentions for the programme. We’ll kick off with a Welcome Session so you can meet each other and establish the right conditions for learning success.

01: Establish

The one where we set the foundations for exceptional leadership:
  • Define what makes an exceptional leader and how to adapt your style to different situations
  • Develop your emotional intelligence to help you choose and regulate the behaviours that have the impact you want

02: Motivate

The one where you'll motivate and grow a team around you:

  • Run 1-1s like a coach to improve engagement and performance

03: Enable

The one where you'll adopt the principles of team high-performance:
  • Explore the drivers of high-performance and how to foster psychological safety

FAQs

How much does Emerge cost per person?

Emerge is an investment of £999 + VAT per person with a minimum cohort size of 8 people. This includes 6 x 2hr live sessions over 12 weeks, 15 hours of additional learning, Hardcopy playbook and project management.

Can I have this programme delivered exclusively for our company?

Absolutely. It's perfect for 10-12 leaders per cohort and we've run multiple cohorts for companies at a time up to 6 concurrently. We'll work with you to design and embed the programme so it lands with a bang.

Can we customise the programme to suit
our company context?

Most definitely. We can customise everything from the pre and post comms, the Playbook, frameworks, whole modules and even the brand. It all depends on your budget.

Do partcipants need to have direct reports to join the programme?

Yes, it definitely helps so they are on a level playing field with the rest of the cohort. We also have a High Potential Employee version for individuals on the cusp of people-leadership. This would need to be a separate cohort.

How do you achieve and maintain learner engagement?

Great question. We spend a lot of time up front making sure we fully understand your business and help you to shape launch comms to get your teams excited. We run Welcome Sessions to get the engagement started on the right foot, and maintain constant comms throughout with regular pre and post emails and Slack messaging.
