FAQs

How much do our programmes cost?

Emerge starts at £999 +VAT per person. Further is an investment of £1,499 + VAT per person which includes 30-hours of blended learning and live coach-led workshops. Beyond pricing is on request. Customisation is extra. We offer preferential pricing based on volume of cohorts.

How much customisation is possible?

Great question. This really depends on your budget and the scale of the programme. We can customise everything from individual exercises, case-study examples to swapping out themes and whole modules. If you're investing in multiple cohorts, we'll run a discovery session to identify the most cost-effective customisation opportunities which will drive engagement, relevance and impact.

How do you ensure engagement in live sessions?

Our live coach-led sessions are highly engaging learning experiences where the participants are challenged to self reflect, interrogate ideas and frameworks and put theory into practice in real time. They are not webinars or passive experiences. Cameras are on. Notifications are off. No answering Slack messages in the background. We set clear ground rules for participation from the start.

What typically happens in a live workshop?

Our coach-facilitators will explore 2-3 pieces of theory or frameworks in each session to provide a light-weight structural backbone. Self-reflection from individuals builds awareness and personal relevance, paired or triad group discussions to share experiences and challenges, small group exercises on Miro to explore practical next steps. We blend all of these together to create "aha" moments and keep the sessions dynamic.

Can we mix managers and direct reports in a cohort?

We'd strong advise against this unless it's your only option. Direct reporting lines in cohorts can drastically change the level of psychological safety in the group and can make for some awkward pairings in peer coaching conversations. We recommend splitting out reporting lines into separate cohorts.

How do you achieve and maintain learner engagement?

Great question. We spend a lot of time up front making sure we fully understand your business and help to shape the experience to your values and organisational culture. As well as taking care of everything from onboarding and comms, we also have regular check-ins and instant messaging with your programme Sponsor so we can resolve any sticking points immediately.
