Zeelo is a high-growth transportation technology company providing managed shuttle and mobility solutions for employers, helping organisations connect people to work more efficiently. Following their successful Series B funding round, Zeelo entered a rapid scaling phase and wanted to prioritise leadership development to support their continued growth and performance.
They recognised that consistent leadership behaviours and offering their leaders clarity around what's expected, and setting them up for success, would be critical to sustaining their high-performance culture, execution and talent development as they grew. They needed to develop leaders across multiple levels simultaneously, from first-time managers through to senior leaders and wanted to ensure a common leadership language and standard across the business.
To meet this need, Zeelo sought a partner who could move quickly, deliver immediate value and create a scalable leadership foundation. Having previously rolled out as leadership programme before engaging Coachable, with inconsistent results, the credibility and facilitation of the coaches and provider were critical.
With Zeelo needing to develop both experienced leaders (Global Leadership Team), first-time managers and emerging talent, a "one size fits all" approach wouldn't work. And with speed to launch being a priority, designing fully customised programmes wasn't the right option either. Instead, we completed a Rapid Discovery process, allowing us to complete light-touch customisation of our flagship programmes: Emerge (first-time managers and HiPos)and Further (senior leaders). This approach enabled a fast rollout while ensuring the experience felt distinctively “Zeelo.”
Whilst aligned to the level of experience in each cohort, all the programmes focused on core leadership behaviours:
Delivered bi-weekly to their remote-first team, all programmes blended coaching, reflection and practical tools to help leaders translate learning into real-world action.

With shifts in behaviour and performance noticed almost instantly, the executive team noted clear and visible impact around how leaders show up, particularly around levels of self-awareness, communication and collaboration. They also noticed a stronger sense of unity within their leadership community, which something that was especially evident at their recent company kickoff. The quantitative feedback was equally as strong:
