Tomorrow Group were keen to partner with market-experts to support them with executive and leadership development to align leaders around a shared expectation of exceptional leadership, allowing them to drive the business and culture forward. With their Managing Directors from across the network enrolling in this development, as well as their extended leadership teams, finding a partner that had the credibility and expertise to deliver was key.

Our Solution

Tomorrow Group wanted our Further programme for both their executive and leadership teams in person at their London office. Ahead of the programme starting, we collaborated with their People Director to understand their values and  organisational culture to enable us to embed this into the programmes. Our close partnership allowed us to draw insights from the leadership programmes into the executive team, enabling them to have measurable positive impact quickly.

Our Further programme consisted of 7 x half day workshops over a period of 6 months.

The Impact

Over 12 months on from the programmes, leaders are actively demonstrating the right behaviours and driving team performance. Core frameworks from Further, such as COIN and POWER,  have been embedded into their ways of working. We’re incredibly proud of the feedback we received from the team who scored it a perfect 10/10 on all fronts:
