Backed by private equity, mrge is scaling fast and its team is scaling with it.

mrge approached Coachable to design a leadership development programme for their first time managers. With no shared definition of what good leadership looked like across the business, the People team made first time manager development a priority, wanting new leaders to feel equipped and supported as they stepped into their first people-leading roles, while keeping senior leadership development in view for later in the year.

The Solution

At Coachable, we recommended Emerge, our flagship programme for first time managers: six live two-hour sessions delivered by a senior executive coach over 12 weeks. 11 of mrge's leaders joined the programme in Q2 2026, working through six modules:
