Leading AI Change

This Masterclass give leaders a practical framework for taking ownership of AI change at team level, with hands-on tools they can use the same week. Leaders will leave knowing how to map their team's work, set a team-level standard, have the conversations people are avoiding, and go back to senior leadership with a clear ask and recommendations.

By the end of this workshop, leaders will:

Know where they are on the AI change curve and how to lead to match it
Identify the tasks that fit with AI, and the ones that stay human
Define team level standards for how they use, share and review AI
Overcome resistance to AI change and have honest conversations, even when they don't have all the answers

Developing Resilience

Leaders and teams alike are experiencing unprecedented levels of change, at a pace that’s accelerating every year. This Masterclass explores the factors that impact resilience at work, what you can do as an individual to take control of your own resilience, and how to support your team - with the CALMER coaching framework.

By the end of this workshop, leaders will:

Learn the psychology and phsysiology of resilience and how it impacts performance
Define the factors which impact resilience at work and how to adapt, set boundaries and focus on what's important
Identify when someone else is showings signs of low resilience and how to respond
Have the confidence to support a team member showing signs of low resilience using Coachable's CALMER framework

Become a Coach-leader

Learn how to develop your coaching leadership style as a people-leader. With a balance of best practice, group discussion, self reflection and practical exercises this is an interactive and thought-provoking introduction to coaching. Ideal for groups of up to 16 people to enable a rich group discussion and learning environment.

By the end of this workshop, leaders will:

Understand the difference between coaching, mentoring and managing
Be able to build strong coaching relationships, including knowing when to use coaching
Develop coach-level listening skills
Be able to ask powerful questions that unlock creativity and improved decision making
Feel confident to coach their team and colleagues using the GROW model

Feedback with Confidence

Improve your ability to give and receive feedback with coach-level conversation skills. We’ll cover the neuroscience behind feedback, our defensive reactions and how to avoid them in the first place with more conscious use of non-violent language.

By the end of this workshop, leaders will:

Be able to foster a feedback culture
Understand the neuroscience behind defensive reactions and their reluctance to giving difficult feedback
Give better feedback, limiting a defensive reaction and encouraging positive action
Feel confident to ask for more specific, actionable feedback for themselves
