Running a 360 process for multiple people can be a labrourious task for the People team. There are plenty of tools out there to choose from but it can be expensive and complex to set up.

Our properitary LQ Assessment is a automated 360 feedback tool which collects feedback from up to 10 nominated individuals. The report is made up of 7 sections which measure behavioural scores against our Six Coachable Behaviours:

1. Conscious: Self awareness and trust building behaviours
2. Coach: Listening and questioning skills that empower others
3. Challenge: Leading with accountability, challenging goals and supportive leadership
4. Collaborate: Creating a team environment that drives innovation and diversity of thought
5. Candour: Tackling the tough conversations with care and clarity
6. Connect: Communicating and influencing others to get buy in
7. Celebrate: Developing self and acting on feedback

The report ends with two qualitative questions which captures strengths and improvement areas to focus on for the individual. It's simple, quick to complete and with automatic nudges build in to the system - you won't be doing any heavy lifting.

LQ reports are confidential to the receipent (unless otherwise agreed) and can be ordered for multiple people at the same time. Participants can be nominated by the individual or by the company.

We recommend starting all 1-1 coaching programmes with a LQ Assessment. If bought as a separate item, a 60 min 1-1 coaching session can be added on for an additional £400pp to debrief the report and set goals.

How does it work?

If you're ordering for yourself:

• Buy the report using the Stripe link
• We'll get in touch and invite you to complete a Self Assessment and nominate your chosen feedback participants.
• We'll send those particpants an invite to give you feedback. Sit back and wait while we collect the data
• Once all the data is in, we'll share your final feedback report with you
• If you've chosen a debrief with a coach, we'll set up a call with the coach to debrief your report

• Get in touch with us to discuss options. We'll design the comms with you to ensure the process lands well with your team
